Install

Prerequisites

Install PyTorch per https://pytorch.org/ (CUDA optional).

Install the package

pip install .          # base (.hdf5)
pip install .[fil]     # add .fil support via `your`

Dev + tests

pip install -e .[dev,fil]
pytest -q
